♥YoGo4Kids is an active, age-appropriate yoga class where kids increase body awareness, build confidence & cultivate a heart full of joy.
♥Classes include breath-work, thematic yoga postures, non-competitive games and a time for relaxation.
♥Yoga mats and props are provided.
♥Students may bring a light snack and a water bottle.
